Whistleblower Suit Nets $1.8 Million Settlement
According to federal sources, a Mississippi medical equipment company has settled a 2009 whistleblower lawsuit filed in Birmingham for nearly $1.8 million. The suit claims that the company bilked government insurance groups out of money for delivery of diabetic supplies to patients.
